Willow Winds Assisted Living is locally owned by Larson Properties II of Denver, which is owned by Dave and Kendra Larson. Dave and Kendra have lived in Denver for 15 years. Dave currently serves as director on the Denver Savings Bank board, has served as a councilman for the city of Denver, served on the Denver Community School board, served on St. Paul’s UCC church board, coached numerous youth teams and volunteered on various committees. Kendra has volunteered on numerous committees and served most recently on the Cyclone Athletic Booster board.

Dave Larson is property investor, manager and developer in the Waterloo/ Denver area for the last 14 years. He currently owns and manages properties in Denver and Waterloo which is primarily senior housing.

Dave and Kendra have four children (Emma, Alexander, Isaac, and Ethan.) Dave and Kendra spend the majority of their free time attending the activities of their children.
